She go a higher than expected price for my property. She also handled everything having to do with maintenance while I was out of the country-- including getting bids, scheduling and meeting contractors--and it was a lot of work. Truly a FULL SERVICE real estate agent. Very happy.

Shelley is a great agent. She was able to look at the situation, make an assessment and provide sound reasonable recommendations on marketing the unit. She communications, keeping the client informed via phone, email, fax. She was available to assist me with all aspects of the sale which did not require me to make long distance trips to the property. She organized the repair and maintenance required in the property and coordinated everything with the current renter, maintenance personnel, title company, etc. Even thro this was a low priced sale she provided full professional service as if it was a million dollar sale.
