Bought a Single Family home in 2020 in Bradenton, FL.Highly likely. Shelley was extremely easy to work with and she understood our home needs very quickly. She showed us a number of homes that were good contenders and from that group we found the home that was perfect for us.

"We first met Shelley at her Open House down the road from the house we were renting. We were really excited to see the house but had no intention of buying it because we still had 1.5 years left on our lease. From the moment we walked in, Shelley made us feel like we were important to her. She took her time to show us the house even though we made it clear that we weren't ready to buy because of our current lease. When we decided it was a possibility that we could get out of our lease and into her listing, she was a huge help. We felt like she could represent both the seller and us as buyers without feeling like she only cared about the sellers interest that we decided to use her for the transaction. We spoke with her about an offer and she presented it to the seller. After a little negotiating back and forth, we landed on an agreement that both us and the seller agreed upon. Shelley was there every step of the way and answered all questions we had. Buying a house can be very stressful but she definitely put our minds to ease. When the closing day arrived, Shelley was there as she said she would be. We couldn't be happier with Shelley or our new home. If you choose Shelley to sell your home or find a new home, you won't be disappointed."

Bought a Single Family home in 2018 in Bradenton, FLShelley was an absolute rock star while helping us search for our new home in FL! We saw 51 houses in 4.5 days...AMAZING!!! Within the first half of the first day, Shelley knew exactly the kind of home we were looking for, and came fully prepared each day to make sure we saw everything we wanted to see! She not only helped us get the home we wanted at a great price, but she also was very helpful as we were relocating and preparing to get settled in new home. She was an absolute professional, and a pleasure to work with! If you are looking for a home in the greater Bradenton/Sarasota area, we would highly recommend giving Shelley a call--you won't be disappointed!

Bought a home in 2017 Shelley was a knowledgeable, welcoming agent with wonderful awareness of our personal needs in choosing property. What I was most impressed with was the work she did finding properties she thought met our needs while simultaneously giving us a wide variety to view and think about. She was always available, returned phone calls quickly, and was with us all the way through closing. This was very important since our primary residence is not in Florida. I would definitely recommend her and more importantly, will contact her immediately if I have a need for a realtor in the future

Shelley Gentile was always prompt to return calls and had the information needed. Our search was easy because she doesn't pressure you to buy and emails listings with your criteria only. We got the house we wanted at the price we wanted to pay and Shelley was available to let in our inspectors as needed. We had a good buying experience and she made it all go smoothly

While looking for a new home 3 years ago, Shelley assisted us greatly. We had called several realtors (about 5), and while they would show us the specific house we called them regarding, they never followed up with other options. It was a cash purchase, and I found it interesting no realtor in the Venice area would help. I spoke with Shelley; we decided to move to Parrish to be closer to family, and she found us a home within one week! Two years ago, we decided to move again in Parrish and she knew what we wanted, found a house and we put a contract on it immediately. Hands down the best agent out there. Shelley is HIGHLY available by phone, e-mail, and for showings. I never experience such a high level of service. She also works around your schedule and not the other way around. She went above and beyond in so many ways I can't begin to expound in this review. I started with Shelley with a list of what I thought I wanted and as I shifted she flowed right with me. She is calming , a sense of humor in this whole process with a dedication that is amazing,! Integrity and professionalism that is way above the crowd! I totally recommend Shelley with out any reservation ! We looked the whole area! I felt totally informed by the time I made my offer . And she stayed with with through the wacky closing with my mortgage ! Major Extra points for that !

She is very patient because we looked at a lot of houses before deciding on the one we purchased! Her husband is a custom home builder, so that gave her and us an advantage to understand what needed repairing, costs of repairs, and overall value of home. Shelly Gentile is a very hard working realestate agent,knowledgeable for both Bradenton and Sarasota. Because I was an out of town buyer I thought she went over and above what a realestate agent job is, just bringing buyer and seller together. Shelley handled paper work for me from banking to inspection and eveything in between. Very highly recomended

I was totally against new construction, Shelley took us to Bridgewater (just to look at it) and sold us in one day. During the walk through of the new house she was very careful and found issues I missed. I highly recommend her
